Job Description: As a Retail Sales Associate at Uniform Destination, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Aid Shopping Customers: - Assist customers in finding the perfect scrubs and medical uniforms based on their preferences and requirements. - Provide product information and guidance on sizing, styles, and brands. - Ensure a positive and personalized shopping experience for every customer. 2. Point of Sales: - Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently. - Process transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts. - Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area. 3. Tagging and Putting Out Clothing: - Ensure all clothing items are properly tagged and priced. - Monitor and restock merchandise on the sales floor. - Contribute to maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout. 4. Flexible Availability: - Evenings and weekends are a must to accommodate customer shopping patterns. - Be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business. Qualifications: - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. - Knowledge or interest in medical uniforms and scrubs is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. - Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency. Compensation: $15-$16 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
