Management Office

The Management Office is located inside the hallway, next to Sunglass Hut and across from Dick's Sporting Goods. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (970) 461-1285

Restrooms

Public Restrooms are located inside most shops and inside the hallway leading to the Management Office, all restrooms are open to the public during center hours.

Wheelchair Rental

Wheelchairs can be rented out through the Management Office during regular Center hours. Please visit the Management Office or call Security at (970) 689-2237 for more information.

Dog friendly

The Promenade Shops at Centerra is dog friendly.

Canine code of conduct

• Customers may bring leashed, well-behaved dogs to the common areas of The Promenades Shops at Centerra.
• In addition, merchants that permit dogs will have a sticker on their door or window to indicate that customers may bring their dogs into their store.
• These merchants may have rules in addition to the ones listed below.

Rules for Owners and Dogs

• All dogs must be leashed or contained inside carriers at all times. Leashes must be no longer than 6' including retractable leashes.
• Dogs must be under their owner's control at all times. Owners, by law, are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and for cleaning up after their dogs.
• At no time is an owner permitted to leave his or her dog unattended.
• If at any time the management of The Promenade Shops at Centerra determines that the behavior of a dog is causing disturbance to others, the owner will be asked to remove his or her dog from the premises.
