Return Policy: We will accept returns or exchanges of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise at any U.S. store location within 60 days of original purchase date. Valid identification must be presented at the time of transaction to receive a mail check, an in-store merchandise certificate, and/or a merchandise certificate by mail. All receipts must be authenticated to process the return.
All swimwear returns must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact.
Original Receipt: Customers will receive original form of payment for price paid. A mail check will be issued when merchandise over $5 is paid for by check or e-check.
Gift Receipt: Customers will receive a merchandise exchange or an in-store merchandise certificate for price paid.
No Receipt: Customers will receive a merchandise certificate by mail for current selling price.
Price Adjustments: We offer a one-time price adjustment when a original sales receipt is presented within 7 days of the date of purchase.
Final Sale: All merchandise with a price print ending in $0.97 is considered FINAL SALE. This merchandise is not refundable.
Online Purchases Returned To Stores: Online purchases eligible for store return (excluding mail-only returns and Final Sal items) may be returned or exchanged in a store within 45 days of purchase.
