Shifts include: 10-2, 2-5:30, 5:30-9:30.  Must also be able to work week-end shifts.

The Sales Lead is responsible for supporting the management team in achieving financial goals by executing operational processes and objectives in compliance with company standards and policies.

Candidates must have a passion to deliver excellent customer service and the ability to lead a team towards meeting/exceeding all sales targets including plan, comp, and other key performance indicators. Candidates must also be skilled at ensuring the store team meets tasking goals while also delivering legendary customer service. Retail supervisor experience in apparel preferred, but not required.
